1. DEFINITIONS


“Eezystay”

refers to the business operating at

“Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstance”

refers to events outside our control which couldn’t have been avoided with reasonable measures (e.g., war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.).


“Terms”

means these terms and conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.


“We”, “Us”, “Our”

means Eezystay.


“Website”

means

“You”, “Your”

means anyone named in a booking made via Eezystay, including future substitutions or additions.


All bookings are a direct agreement between You and Us. For the avoidance of doubt, Eezystay holds full responsibility for bookings made via our platform.

3. AGREEMENT


By using our services, you accept these Terms, along with our Privacy and Cookies policies. If you do not accept them, do not proceed with your booking.


Non-Package Travel Notice:


Bookings through Eezystay are not classed as Package Travel or Linked Travel Arrangements under EU Directive 2015/2302.


We act as an independent booking platform and are not responsible for the performance of the accommodation providers. Any service issues should be directed to them.




4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION


To make a booking, you confirm that:


You are over 18 and authorised to make bookings.Everyone in the party agrees to these Terms.You are responsible for accurate information and full payment.Any special needs or minors are clearly declared in advance.




5. HOW TO BOOK ON EEZYSTAY.COM


Select your destination, dates, rooms, and accommodation. Provide accurate guest and payment details. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted gateway. Confirmation is sent electronically.

6. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY


By booking, you consent to Eezystay and its providers processing your personal data in line with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.




7. PRICING


Prices include:


Room cost per the booking voucherApplicable taxes/VAT (some local taxes may still be payable at check-in)


Additional costs (e.g. resort fees, deposits, tourist tax) may apply depending on the accommodation and region.




8. PRICE CHANGES


If prices rise by more than 10% due to external factors, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Obvious errors and supplier mistakes are not Eezystay’s responsibility.




9. MINORS


Child policies are set by each accommodation provider. Include special requests (e.g., cots) during booking.




10. EXTRA GUESTS


If a third guest is added, an extra bed fee may apply, reflected in the final price unless noted.




11. PAYMENT


Payment is taken in full at time of booking via secure encrypted gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and others.




12. MODIFYING YOUR BOOKING


Modifications are subject to availability and may include admin fees.


Urgent changes (within 72 hrs):

If Eezystay changes your booking, we will:


Offer similar or better optionsRefund any price difference for lower-grade optionsOr offer a full refund if no suitable alternative is available




13. CANCELLATION


If you cancel:


Cancel via the “Booking Details” link in your email. Cancellation fees depend on the hotel’s policy. For issues, email

If we cancel:


We’ll offer a full refund or an alternative stay of equal/lower value plus any difference refunded.




14. NO-SHOW


If you don’t show up without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.




15. INSURANCE


We recommend you arrange appropriate travel insurance. Eezystay does not provide insurance.




16. FORCE MAJEURE


Eezystay is not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (“Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances”).




17. COMPLAINTS

18. INJURY OR INCIDENTS


We are not liable for injuries, illness, or death arising from:

Report any incidents to us and cooperate with our investigation.




19. BEHAVIOUR


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if your behaviour is disruptive or abusive. You’ll be liable for any damages to property.




20. CURRENCY & BANK FEES


All charges are in the selected currency. Exchange rates vary and additional bank or card fees may apply.




21. PROMOTIONS


Promotional codes can be used only once per booking and must be entered at time of booking. Misuse may result in cancellation.




22. TRAVEL TO CUBA (U.S. CITIZENS)


U.S. citizens must comply with U.S. government restrictions on travel to Cuba. No refunds are provided for non-compliance.




23. FRAUD PREVENTION


We monitor for fraudulent activity. If a payment is flagged, your booking may be blocked or cancelled without notice.




24. PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH


You are responsible for having the correct documents and vaccinations. No refunds will be given for failure to comply.




25. COMMUNICATION


We’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provide. Keep them up to date to avoid missing important updates.




26. ASSIGNMENT


Eezystay may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms to any related entity. You may not assign your rights without written consent.




27. GOVERNING LAW


These Terms are governed by the laws of

. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of
